Hello, I am Anna, moderator for the RIBA Architectural Research Wiki

I have been working for nearly 3 years at the RIBA. From January 2007, I started working 40% of my time as Research Officer with Keith Snook at the RIBA Research & Development department, assisting in the assessment of sources of funding for academic and applied research and the development of links with academic and research partners, in addition to liasing with architectural practices. The RIBA Architectural Research Wiki is one of my priority projects in 2007.

The remaining 60% of my time, I will continue to work as Practice Projects Officer with the RIBA Practice team. I have also previously worked as part of the RIBA Information Centre's team providing support and guidance to RIBA members, RIBA staff and general public.

I am Brazilian and have a diploma in Architecture and Town Planning from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Armando Alvares Penteado Foundation (FAAP), Sao Paulo. In Sept 2006, I completed an individual research project - Knowledge
Sharing in Architectural Practices: How architects engage in external
knowledge networks to support professional practice, as part of a MSc in
Information Management in the Cultural Sector at City University, London.

During my spare time, I enjoy cycling, architecture walks and travelling.
